The ACTION/CRIME/THRILLER SEPTEMBER 2017 FEEDBACK Film Festival was truly a great success.

The theme of the festival was “WHAT’S NOT SEEN”.

Every film showcased was about a protagonist or antagonist who is there but never seen.

NOTE: This was a showcase of the best ACTION/CRIME/THRILLER films from around the world.

This was an amazing night of watching films and then having an insightful conversation about the films and storytelling itself. This was easily one of the best audiences we had this year. The discussion was smart, and on point. Cheers to the city of Toronto.

We showcased seven films from the UK, United States, and Canada that all played to rave reviews. Every single film received a vote for best film of the night.

These are the types of genres that just don’t receive enough attention on on the film festival curcuit, especially short films. SUSPENSE is the key word. As an audience, to stay engaged, we simply need to know what’s going to happen next – while wanting to be surprised by it too. All of these films succeeded tremendously. There is an immense wealth of talent who worked on these shorts.

See you at the festivals in 2017.
